Dear Sir-
Your form of ...... in answer lines of Oct 2nd is .... - Your proposition to allow us in the payment of Royalty of three cents each applied every three months in cash, to allow Pelican Savings Bank, as at present .....with the figure in the mouth, is entirely reasonable and acceptable to us, and on that understanding we will proceed with the business, and render our accts and payment every three months as agreed. As the matter is thus satisfactorily and reasonably arranged, we will not dispute as to our right in the case and with thanks for your prompt reply are
